About MESH
CREATIVE COLLABORATIONS BETWEEN CLIENTS AND STUDENTS
MESH provides a collaborative space for students from across the creative arts and communication disciplines at Murdoch University to gain real-world consulting experience in areas such as graphic design, games, film and audio production, and photography. Originally established as a Media Showcase, MESH was a site where the best student work from across the School of Media and Communication at Murdoch University could be displayed. Since its inception, MESH has been managed by various staff members and has undergone several transformations to reach its current state. MESH is now also a fully functioning ‘student consultancy’ that sees students work collaboratively on projects for real clients.
MESH projects not only give organisations access to creative student-led thinking, but they also provide invaluable experience for Murdoch University students to develop their knowledge and skills by working on real projects that address the needs of real clients. Students can gain experience in areas such as Photography UX and Graphic Design, Design Thinking, Strategic Communication and Digital Communication.
